Christmas time is the period of happiness, kinship, and celebration. We at WHY tap also arranged for an entuned Christmas party for our interns and staff so as to provide a more spirited work environment during the holiday season. The day had many fun activities and games to keep everyone encouraged and everyone left with smiles on their faces.
The event was symbolic of how we wanted to build and sustain a culture of teamwork and team spirit as most of our interns felt like part of the WHY tap family. Here's a look at some of the exciting activities that made the day truly special:
Fun-Filled Games and Activities
Dance-Off Competition
Our interns and staff particularly engaged themselves in a Registration/Dance Battle competition. Different songs played for the celebrations were sung and danced to by the participants and the most active dancers with good ideas received gifts.
Singing Star Challenge
A simple and fun filled singing competition which became a mini karaoke session where people sang the loudest Christmas carols and songs. The excellent performances were applauded and fostered by cheers and other sorts .
Headphone Dialogue Challenge
Targets earphones played music while trying to mimic words whispered by co-worker. The guesswork and overemphasized movements made the episodevery amusing.
Christmas Treasure Hunt
In an attempt to insist on the festive mood, an open contest required participants to solve riddles and follow clues to find gifts or other treats. People bonded with each other through working in teams in this activity was fun as well.
Find Your Opposite Pair
Interns and staff were covertly given the “opposite” tag such as winter and summer, Santa and reindeer. The activity for the session was to network and find their soul mate. It was fast paired the lovely gifts for the holidays.
Shuffle – Christmas Version
A fun variation to this well-known game they played to cheerful Christmas carols. It became more vigorous every round, and the winner of the battle was given something like a favor of the Carnival.
Christmas Charades
Some teams produced mock adjectives related to holidays as the other guessed them out. This game made it very exciting as the funniest and dramatic performances were produced from these minors.
Photo Booth Fun
The decoration of a photo booth, specially for Christmas with the accessories such as Santa hats, elf ears, and reindeer antlers were a perfect opportunity for interns and staff to snap their best pictures. The best photo also received a small souvenir to remind the children or their visit.
Team Task Challenge
A fun battle with those holiday-related challenges, where the teams were to create a Christmas story, sing a Christmas carol in parts, or to build a Christmas tree from small branches and colourful pieces of cloth. The most creative team got hand clapping along with some holiday incentives.
A Day Full of Joy
The Christmas event at WHY tap was a day filled with joy, laughter, and teamwork. Interns and staff embraced the spirit of Christmas, creating lasting memories together. With hearts full of cheer, we look forward to continuing these festive celebrations in the future.
