The students of GRT Engineering College second-year CSE students conducted an industrial visit to WHY Global Services on April 17, 2025. This IP was organized by Mr. Darwin, who thought it important for this exposure to help students relate IT practices in the real world with their classroom knowledge.
The session started with a welcoming introduction to WHY Global Services by Ms. Navanitha, HR Executive. She described the mission of the organization, their offerings, and their position in the IT industry.
Mr. Shyaas, an MERN Stack Developer, conducted sessions on Full Stack Development. He introduced the architecture of the modern web application with the help of front-end and back-end technologies.
The activities closed with an interactive session led by Ms.Magimai, a Communication and Soft Skills Trainer. She had students participate in a plethora of team-based activities aimed at communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
The visit imparted valuable industry exposure to students while giving them vital technical exposure that complemented their soft skills, rendering it a complete learning experience.
