Job Summary:

WHY TAP is hiring a skilled MCSE Trainer with 5 years of experience in Microsoft server technologies and training delivery. You will be responsible for teaching Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) courses, guiding students through real-world scenarios, and preparing them for certification and IT roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging and hands-on MCSE training sessions on Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and system administration.
• Develop and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in preparing for MCSE certification exams.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and certification paths.
• Work with academic teams to improve course effectiveness.
• Foster an interactive and professional classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system administration and MCSE training.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft server infrastructure, virtualization, and networking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Good to Have:

• Microsoft certifications like MCSA, Azure Administrator, or similar.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 administration.
