Job Summary:
WHY TAP is hiring a skilled MCSE Trainer with 5 years of experience in Microsoft server technologies and training delivery. You will be responsible for teaching Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) courses, guiding students through real-world scenarios, and preparing them for certification and IT roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging and hands-on MCSE training sessions on Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and system administration.
- Develop and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in preparing for MCSE certification exams.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and certification paths.
- Work with academic teams to improve course effectiveness.
- Foster an interactive and professional classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in system administration and MCSE training.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft server infrastructure, virtualization, and networking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
Good to Have:
- Microsoft certifications like MCSA, Azure Administrator, or similar.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 administration.
