Job Summary:

WHY TAP is seeking a skilled Multimedia Faculty with 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia training. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design, video editing, animation, and creative tools, and will train students to meet industry standards in multimedia and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth training on multimedia tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Design course materials, practical exercises, and student projects.
• Guide students on design principles, visual storytelling, and editing techniques.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest multimedia trends and tools.
• Support students with portfolio creation and career readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of teaching or industry experience in multimedia.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
