Job Summary:
WHY TAP is seeking an experienced Networking (CCNA) Trainer with 5 years of industry and training experience. You will deliver expert-level training on Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) concepts, prepare students for certification, and equip them with practical networking skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct detailed training sessions on CCNA topics, including routing, switching, and network security.
- Develop and update comprehensive course materials, labs, and hands-on exercises.
- Assess students’ understanding through tests, assignments, and practical sessions.
- Stay current with the latest networking technologies and certification updates.
- Guide students through certification exam preparation and career advice.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum quality.
- Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in networking and CCNA training.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with network simulation tools and lab setups.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex networking concepts clearly.
Good to Have:
- Additional certifications like CCNP or Network+ are a plus.
- Experience with other networking technologies and cloud networking.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and network security best practices.
