    Job Summary:

    WHY TAP is looking for dedicated Placement Officers with 2 to 3 years of experience to facilitate student placements by building strong industry connections and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You will act as a bridge between students and employers to ensure successful job placements.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Coordinate and manage placement activities for students.
    • Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
    • Organize campus recruitment drives and placement events.
    • Guide and prepare students for interviews and assessments.
    • Track placement data and prepare reports on placement progress.
    • Collaborate with training and academic teams to align candidate skills with industry needs.
    • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and opportunities.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Placement Officer or in recruitment/HR roles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proactive and student-focused approach.
    • Familiarity with placement processes and campus recruitment is a plus.

    Good to Have:

    • Experience working in educational or training institutes.
    • Knowledge of career counseling and candidate assessment.
