Job Summary:
WHY TAP is looking for dedicated Placement Officers with 2 to 3 years of experience to facilitate student placements by building strong industry connections and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You will act as a bridge between students and employers to ensure successful job placements.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage placement activities for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and placement events.
- Guide and prepare students for interviews and assessments.
- Track placement data and prepare reports on placement progress.
- Collaborate with training and academic teams to align candidate skills with industry needs.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Placement Officer or in recruitment/HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and student-focused approach.
- Familiarity with placement processes and campus recruitment is a plus.
