    Job Summary:

    WHY TAP is looking for energetic Tele-Callers/Sales Executives with 2 to 3 years of experience to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and support our sales team. You will be the voice of WHY TAP, connecting with potential clients and promoting our training programs.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
    • Explain WHY TAP’s training programs, features, and benefits are to customers.
    • Generate and qualify leads to support sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
    • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • 2 to 3 years of experience in tele-calling or sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Persuasive and customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

    Good to Have:

    • Experience in the education or training industry.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
    • Multilingual abilities.
