Job Summary:
WHY TAP is seeking a dynamic Centre Head with 5 to 7 years of experience to oversee the operations, growth, and overall management of our training institute center. You will lead the team, ensure quality training delivery, and drive student enrollment and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations of the training center, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve training and business goals.
- Drive student enrollment and retention strategies.
- Maintain high standards of training quality and learner engagement.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative tasks.
- Build and nurture relationships with students, trainers, and industry partners.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in training center management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
