Saveetha College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (SCALF) 1st-year MCA and BSc students visited WHY Global Services for an industrial visit. The session brought into the insights of the IT services, from industry trends to career opportunities. It also facilitated students in bridging the gap between theoretical studies and the application of learning in a real-world scenario.
Mr. Bala started the interaction, welcoming everyone to the session, giving an introduction to WHY Global Services, and describing the company very briefly in terms of their expertise in IT solutions. He mentioned in detail about the core services where Full Stack Development and Digital Marketing were concerned. They learn how this is going to affect the technology industry in which they are also going into new pathways through their careers.
Mr. Shyas conducted the next section, and he provided detailed information on Full Stack Development. He discussed front-end and back-end technologies, database-oriented technologies with their needed modern projects in IT. He also talked about the innovative developments in artificial intelligence in the future of full-stack development and how technology is advancing web and app development.
The session also included Digital Marketing discussions, where students learned the huge impacts that it has on companies. They were introduced to essential topics such as SEO, online advertising, and data analytics. Real-life examples were presented on how digital marketing plays an essential part in today's industry.
Ms. Magaimai rounded off the visit with an active and participatory activity session. Students were involved in a problem-solving paper task that fostered the idea of working as a team and developing thinking critically and collaboratively. In short, the visit proved to be an experience from which students would learn quite a lot practically of IT services and trends.
The industrial visit opened the new horizons for students to know further about IT services and what the industry expects from the students. Emerging technologies were discovered along with the career opportunities and various important skills necessary for successful achievement. Interactive sessions and hands-on activities made the learning process exciting and the learning insighted.
