Students from the 3rd year Computer Science Engineering (CSE) department of Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Arts and Science College, Pondicherry, visited WHY Global Services for an engaging industrial visit on April 11, 2025. The visit was coordinated by Ms. Divya and aimed to give students meaningful insights into real-time IT operations and evolving industry expectations.
The session started on a friendly note with Ms. Navanitha Sakthi, the HR representative, welcoming all students to WHY Global Services. She gave an overview of the various domains of expertise of the company and the wide array of IT services it offers. Her presentation gave students a clear picture of the organizational structure and the role of the company in today's tech-driven marketplace.
The next session was held by Mr. Shyas, Full Stack Developer and was about Full Stack Development: Covers and front and back end to the database.
This was followed by a session on Digital Marketing. Mr. Praveen is a Digital Marketing Manager who introduced students to SEO, Google Analytics, and the importance of data in their digital strategies.
The visit offered students practical exposure and a better understanding of potential career paths in IT. It successfully bridged the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, leaving the students inspired and informed.
