10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Introduction to Software Testing
Basic software testing concepts will be discussed, highlighting the various stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Agile Model and Test Case Preparation
Understand the Agile model followed by the introduction to test case preparation and bug life cycle.
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Bug Reporting and Risk Management
Learn to identify and address software issues, along with risk management tools.
11:30 AM - 11:45 AM: Tea/Snacks Break
11:45 AM - 12:45 PM: Test Plan, Corporate Test Strategy, and Test Scenarios
Explore essentials of test planning, corporate strategies, and test scenario development.
12:45 PM - 1:20 PM: Lunch Break
1:20 PM - 3:20 PM: Real-Time Testing on Test Environment
Hands-On Testing experience: Website Testing, Web Application testing, Functional and Non-Functional Testing.

An overview of some popular testing tools, their functions, and how to use them in real testing scenarios.

Session will be open to participants to clarify their doubts and share their learnings.
Workshop Schedule: Day 2
9:30-10:00: Recap Day 1-Introduction to Automation Testing
Day Two, Automation Testing: A recap of Day One and an introduction to what automation testing is all about.
10:00-11:30: Selenium Demonstration
Selenium is a hands-on demonstration of the automation tool, demonstrating how automation tasks can be accomplished while covering the main features of Selenium.
11:30-11:45 AM: Tea/Snacks Break
11:45 AM - 12:45 PM: Selenium RC and Selenium WebDriver
Here comes an in-depth talk in Selenium Remote Control (RC) and WebDriver, two most commonly used tools for automated web testing.
12:45-1:20: Lunch Break
1:20-3:20: QTP Demonstration
We will discuss Quick Test Professional (QTP) in detail, so as to gain full understanding of functional automation and regression testing.
3:20-3:30: Tea/Snacks Break
3:30-5:00: LoadRunner Tool Working
Focus on the use of LoadRunner for performance testing, especially in simulating and analyzing load on web applications.
5:00-5:30: Certification Ceremony
This is a ceremony for giving away certificates to all participants finishing the workshop.
